Each evening showcases a different luxury spirit through a welcome cocktail, three bespoke cocktail pairings, and three thoughtfully curated epicurean creations by Chef de Cuisine Joe Oesterwind.

Grey Goose Altius
Grey Goose Altius is an ultra-premium French vodka crafted from single-origin Picardie wheat and French Alpine spring water, filtered at a glacial -24°C to achieve an exceptionally smooth, mineral-clean finish — best sipped neat, in a martini, or alongside oysters and caviar and smoked salmon.

Patrón El Alto is a luxury reposado blending extra añejo, añejo, and reposado tequilas, all made from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the highlands of Jalisco, with notes of caramel, vanilla, dried fruit, and roasted agave.
